DLCG made changes to the EPC regulations on the 6th April and we've got it covered!
Just some of the changes include the need to commission an EPC on all residential and non-residential buildings whether sold or rented out.
Also the EPC has to be printed with written particulars, including the first page. Time changes have also been included in the changes.
