Our busiest Easter for 2 years!!

Buyers, Sellers, landlords and tenants have been out in force over the Easter period and we have been on hand for all their house hunting needs!

It seems there really is life in the market with this year already bursting with successes and fantastic results for us here at Heywoods.

Chris Stops our Director comments, “Property enquiries are on their way up at long last, the buying season has started, the choice of houses for sale has increased, we anticipate that the next few months, may well be our busiest of the year.

We are still low in numbers compared to the activity at its peak, let's hope this leads to more sales!

Lettings have also seen a dramatic increase in those searching for a rental house with multiple enquiries being reviewed on each property. The landlord has a choice, which is the best of both worlds.
