Very smoggy here still, hopefully the sun will peek out in time for the weekend!

We are getting ready for the next issue of property news today! With Mad March seeing a huge increase in instructions we are struggling to fit all of our available stock into the newspaper!

Moreover, we are highlighting the advantages of student letting which is a huge topic at the moment. In just the past few weeks we have seen Stafford campus announce their closure seeing 3000 students seeking accommodation in Stoke on Trent and furthermore a few days ago Keele announced they were to reject 200 students from a place in university halls, again adding pressure to the private sector accommodation.
