During your tenancy we will do regular reviews, checking things are always up to date and safe. We’ll make sure the landlord has everything covered, from gas safety to smoke alarms and CO detectors, so you can always be assured that you are protected.
One of the benefits of renting is not having to do your own maintenance. If any maintenance issues do crop up we will deal with them quickly and efficiently. We have our own inhouse property management team who spend their whole time just making sure that all our tenants are really well looked after. There is a dedicated phone number to reach them, and they are even available out of hours. And the great thing about having an office with real people, not just a website, is that you can always drop in for advice if something is bothering you.
